The candidate should be a Post Graduate and must have over 15 years of relevant experience. The candidate will be responsible for carrying out detailed analysis of business processes to map the existing process and identify scope for process improvement/ re-engineering through systems enhancement. He/ she will be one point of contact for providing user access, customer code Activation, user ID Creation, user Support & resolving errors. To identify and initiate process improvements as per needs & goals of organization which will be relevant to customer. The candidate will be responsible for preparing process manuals for new business and user manual for new module released in AFSYS and training users. To carry out detailed analysis of the Management reports and identifying the scope for remodeling the reports to enable the Management to analyze the strength, weakness, threat and opportunities of the respective business unit. To prepare SOP as per Certification requirement, train users, conduct audit, checking objectives of each department, planning and conducting Management Review Meeting.


Candidate should be a Graduate with a good academic background. Adequate experience in Port operations having in depth knowledge of shipping procedures & vessel planning. The candidate should have good communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills. The job will entail handling field operations and office assignments, coordinating with Central Planners, Ports, Customs, Consortium partners and other statutory bodies. Good computer skills is pre-requisite for these positions.


Candidate should be a graduate/post graduate with a minimum of 5-7 years experience in a similar field with thorough knowledge of trends in Import trade from various trade lanes/countries into India. The primary responsibility of the incumbent would be development and coordination of Import strategies, including new sales techniques, coordination with Line Mangers of different agencies within the group to ensure import sales and follow up. He should possess good communication skills and ability to independently handle customers. Additional Responsibilities will include maintaining and updating customer records in ERP system.


The candidate should be MBA preferably in shipping / logistics field with good academic track record and 3-5 years’ of work experience. Candidate should possess good communication & presentation skills. Candidate will be required to manage requirements at the project level to fulfil business needs by carrying out market research study, analyzing and other requirements related to IT, infrastructure, manpower, business processes, accounting & its implementations.

SALES- ASSISTANT MANAGER (Mumbai, Bhavnagar, Veraval, Vizag & Chennai)

Candidate should be a Graduate/Post Graduate with 5-7 years' of experience in similar capacity in Liner Shipping Agency / Freight Forwarding and a proven track record in dealing with Shippers/Intermediaries and leading corporates. Candidates should be able to identify potential customers, apply innovative methods to obtain target results and lead a sales team. Must have a good network and relationships with the players in local market and surrounding areas. Must have excellent oral and written communication skills. Should be able to correspond and communicate with Principals and customers independently.

Branch Manager- Sales (Nashik)

The candidate should be a Graduate/Post graduate and have at least 10-12 years of relevant experience in managing a shipping agency branch. The person must be result oriented, mature and have a pleasant disposition. He must be able to effectively manage people and external agencies. Job responsibilities include organizing and controlling sales efforts to cover the local market extensively and intensively, identify potential customers, create and accept challenges, lead a sales team, maintain relations with shippers / CHA's, forwarders. Optimize revenue, market share and maximize lifting's, organize and control customer support processes to give all customers the feedback they require. Additional responsibilities would include managing overall port / ICD operations, coordinating with customs, rail operators, and maintain/update & review of customer records in ERP systems.

Project Head (Mumbai)

The candidate must be MBA with 15+ years of functional experience in intermodal operations, business development, project management across Logistics, ICD & CFS (dry port), warehousing, Container Terminal management, EXIM operations. Expertise in cost effective logistics movement & processes, inventory management, Transportation Management, Vendor Management and MIS systems. Should have strong implementation skills to transform corporate vision and strategy into profitability reality. Have produced a continuous stream of profitable marketing initiatives, cost reducing measures and innovative solutions.

Executive – Customer Service – (Mumbai, Bengaluru, Pune & Mangalore)

Candidate should be a Graduate with 2 to 3 years’ experience in similar capacity in Liner Shipping / Forwarding. Must possess good communication skills. The candidate will be responsible for monitoring and keeping track - pre shipment to post shipment- until arrival at destination. Should coordinate effectively with all departments & ensure customer satisfaction at the highest levels. Responsibilities include identifying sales leads and passing on the same to the Sales Executives. Maintaining and updating customer records in ERP system.

General Manager – Commercial - (Mumbai)

The candidate should be a Post Graduate and must have over 15 years of experience of Container liner Sales. The person must be result oriented, hold good market knowledge, mature and have a pleasant disposition. He must be able to effectively manage people and external agencies. Job responsibilities include to organize and control commercial activities and guide /lead the sales team effectively. Candidate must hold good communication skills and co-ordinate with principals & customers to derive best results. He must drive the team to ensure capacity allocation to optimize revenue, increase market share and maximize liftings, with increased customer base and identifying new areas of business expansion.

General Manager/ Manager- Operations- (Mumbai)

The candidate should be a Master Mariner with 5 to 15 years onshore operations experience in container Liner, Ro-Ro, Passenger, Dry bulk, Tankers and Breakbulk vessel operations with knowledge of Maritime Law and Local compliances. The candidate will be responsible for efficient management of overall operations of vessels and equipment of the Principals/lines represented by the Group by providing effective direction and taking control of strategic operational functions and activities including, efficient port turnaround of vessels and cargo, dealing with senior Port and Customs Authorities, cargo handling, husbandry, port operation, statutory compliances, equipment control, contract negotiations, maintenance and repairs, cost control, claim prevention, operational safety standards, capacity management, surveys, insurance and staff management. He will also be responsible for effective communication of strategic issues with Principals and Management to support overall growth and business development. He will oversee and direct operations strategy, SOPs, guiding and training senior operation managers on operation safety and efficiency.
